Hi, I'm Merlin. Perennial Labs is the name I build under.
I build complete software systems, from first design to production infrastructure. Several are running now and are actively used in hospitals, packhouses and on-chain. Today custom agentic workflows allow me to scale and invest my attention where it matters most.
Previously I was VP of Engineering at 21e8 in New Zealand, leading an engineering team of around 20 working on proof-of-work-weighted network graphs and distributed systems.
Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent.
